Right of Withdrawal

Depending on your location, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or withdrawal request:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale

This policy is in place to maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, particularly for skin and body care products.

For customers in Canada, withdrawal rights apply only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

Once your request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note:

Standard shipping fees are included in eligible refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Refunds are only issued after returned items have been inspected and approved
Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used skin and body care products
Any hygiene-sensitive items once the seal has been broken
Personalized or custom-made items

We are unable to accept returns on products that cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

To ensure fair pricing and minimize unnecessary waste, a €15 handling fee will be applied to orders that are:

Refused upon delivery
Not collected from a pickup point
Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

This fee covers shipping, return handling, and restocking costs.
